Everyone may have their own personal reasons for wanting to shed

These are all good reasons to want to lose weight, but if they are just
reasons that you pulled out of your hat, it will not be enough when you
are tempted by that piece of chocolate cake or fatty food. You must dig
deeply the reasons must be ingrained in your mental image that you want
for your self. The reasons for your weight loss must be strong and
powerful or else you will just make excuses when the going gets tough.
